13 Jun Skin Care Essential: Teoxane RHA Micellar Solution

We are SO excited to have Teoxane in Vancouver right here at The Vanity Lab! One of the products I’ve been absolutely obsessed with lately is Teoxane RHA Micellar Solution because it’s an effective 3-in-one: it cleanses, tones and removes makeup! This soap-free cleanser is my all-time new favourite product because it’s gentle and it multitasks.

The product is so easy to use: simply moisten a cotton pad with the solution and wipe over the face and eyes until your skin is clean, and follow it with your serums and moisturizers! If you’re feeling super lazy (hands up!), keep it beside your bed to remove your makeup before hitting the sheets. It’s definitely one of my fave beauty routine hacks!

So, what is a Micellar solution? Micellar solution is made up of micelles, which are molecule clusters with hydrophobic cleansing oil centres, suspended in water. The idea is that micelles are attracted to dirt and oil, so they are able to draw out impurities without drying out the skin. Therefore, micellar water can be used as a facial wash, makeup remover and moisturizer all in one.

Packed with RHA (resilient hyaluronic acid which is known to draw moisture to your skin, keeping it plump and happy) and soothing rose water, this gentle solution is suitable for even the most sensitive skin types!

If you ever get lazy with your skin routine (yes, those nights that you may not get home until the early hours and after one too many vodka soda, or you’re exhausted after a day with the kids), this is the must-have beauty product you can’t go without!
